As a General Manager, I discovered my passion for Human-Centered Management. I learned that building a welcoming environment for both guests and employees leads to better customer relations and drives growth. I have more than 10 years of experience in the quick-service food industry and 5 years' experience in a General Manager position. I consistently delivered exceptional results on KPIs, increased top-line sales, and evolved customer expectations.

Currently pursuing a BA in Business Administration at the University of Washington Tacoma, I have further developed my leadership skills and passion for Management. I participated in a team that placed at the Annual Business Case Competition. I have interned on the Board of a local nonprofit organization. I continue to demonstrate academic excellence by receiving the Annual Dean's List Award Letter.
